Sidebar cleanup
New
- New "Today" landing page — signing in now drops you on 👋 Today: start a skip trace at the top, with everything due today (callbacks, prospects going cold, stale deals, milestone dates, pipeline) in cards underneath. Deals, Calls, Insights and Qualified Buyers are one click away as always.
- Room to see a trace running — the live progress list is full-width on Today, showing the stage and elapsed time for each lookup instead of a sliver of text.
- Quick trace from any tab — type an LLC or owner in the sidebar's Quick trace box and press Enter; it opens Today with the name already filled in.
- An item count on the Today tab — the number next to 👋 Today tells you how much is waiting, from wherever you are in the portal.
- More per card — action lists show 8 rows before "…and N more" (was 5).
Fixed
- The Submit button works again — on shorter screens the sign-out row was sliding on top of the trace form, so clicks on Submit landed on the footer instead of the button. The sidebar is now navigation only, so nothing can overlap.
- Sign out, What's New and How-to no longer overlap — the footer is pinned to the bottom of the sidebar, and a long email address is shortened with "…" instead of running over the form.
- Trace from your phone — the trace form used to be hidden entirely on phones; the Today page works there, with a full-width Submit.

Deals, Calls & Insights update
New
- Search your deals — a search bar on the Deals tab finds a deal by address, city, zip, MLS#, or buyer name.
- Buyer tags — tag any buyer with the cities and bed/bath counts they buy, and set a Responsible team member to own them. Tags follow the buyer everywhere they appear (Deals and Calls).
- Per-number call outcomes on deals — every phone number under a deal's buyer now has its own ✓ worked / ✗ dead / ↻ callback / ★ prospect buttons, a note field, and a delete. These stay in sync with the Calls tab, so a status set in one place shows in the other.
- All numbers per buyer — buyers now show every number found for a person, not just the top one, so a dead line is no longer a dead end.
- Collapse to scan faster — click an LLC name (Calls) or a buyer name (Deals) to fold its numbers away and jump to the next one.
- Delete a deal — remove a deal from the Deals tab. The skip-traced LLCs and people it found stay on the Calls tab as your permanent registry.
- Trace more buyers — after a search, get the next batch of LLC cash buyers with one click. When a batch has been pre-found in the background, it reveals in a couple minutes instead of a full re-search.
- More buyers per search — searches now surface many more unique buyer LLCs than before.
- Team leaderboard (Insights → Team activity) — reps are ranked by an activity score with 🥇🥈🥉, and a breakdown of calls, buyers added, prospects, callbacks, follow-ups, notes, and deals advanced. Click a rep to see exactly who they called and the notes they left; hover the score to see how it's calculated.

- Today panel moved to the top of the left sidebar so your action items stay visible while a search is running.
- Auto city tags — buyers found through a deal are automatically tagged with that deal's city.
- Buyers found through the Deals tab now also appear on the Calls tab under their LLCs, so nothing is lost between the two.
